Corporate Governance
PMP's corporate governance is based on the belief that the creation of value is intrinsically linked with good governance practices. The core principles of good corporate governance that PMP has based the Corporate Governance Framework on are:
- ethical business conduct;
- responsible management and remuneration;
- sound financial reporting and risk management; and
- appropriate communication and disclosure
PMP’s corporate governance framework is designed and implemented to ensure compliance with best practice recommendations set by the ASX Corporate Governance Council as updated in August 2007.
